Questions shop owners ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. BillTrixo runs in the browser (Chrome, Edge) on any Windows PC, laptop, tablet or Android phone. Just open pos.billtrixo.com and log in.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Billing keeps working. Bills are saved on your device and sent to the server automatically when the internet returns, so you never lose a sale.
Which printers does it support?
Any 80mm thermal receipt printer or a normal A4 printer installed on your computer. Barcode scanners work as plug-and-play.
Can my cashier use it in Urdu?
Yes. Each computer can choose Roman Urdu, Urdu or English, and bills can be printed in the language you choose.
Is it integrated with FBR?
Yes. Tier-1 retailers can connect their FBR POS ID and token. Each bill is sent to FBR and the FBR invoice number and QR code print on the receipt.
Is my data safe?
Your shop's data is separate from every other shop, protected by passwords and roles, and stored on Cloudflare's cloud. You can also download a full backup any time.
Can I use it outside Pakistan?
Yes. Choose your currency (AED, SAR, QAR, OMR, KWD, USD, GBP, EUR and more) and all prices, bills and reports use it.
